Decatur Building Services has been a locally owned and operated custom home builder in Woodbine, MD for over 25 years. We care about coming in on budget, on time, and most of all, producing a finished product of true quality.
We will give you a free consultation and introduce you to the process of building a custom home. We can walk you through land acquisition, land development, home design, interior and exterior selections, contracts and budgeting.
We take pride in each of our properties. With the collaborative ideas between our homeowners and Decatur Building Services, we have developed beautiful single family homes for our happy and satisfied customers.
